Dr. Dement, the teacher and inspirational force behind this website and the progress of modern sleep medicine, has recently been featured in a unique series of interviews on the EverydayHealth.com website.
Everyday Health has been bringing a powerful amount of insight into questions about various aspects of health for quite some time. Their method is to contact a group of half a dozen or so experts within the field concerned, and record their responses to some of the most common questions from the public about that field.
When the website began their featured area on sleep health last month, they reached out to us and Dr. Dement, among seven other sleep experts. The result is a valuable blend of professional perspective and experience discussing questions that many people have about sleep.
