Had My Husband Order Computer Parts While I Was Sleeping

by Mandy
(Corsica, PA USA)

It blew me away!! My husband and I talked about ordering parts for my computer one day I went to lay down and fell asleep during my little Nap my husband came into our room. Well to make a long story a little shorter somewhere along the line I told him to get on my computer told him the web address to go to to get the phone number to order the parts for my computer.

He did as I instructed him to do and proceeded to call the company up. During the call he had to have information about my computer that only I knew and told him what the company needed. Needless to say, I was sitting up in bed looking directly at him talking coherently and clearly.

Once he was off the phone I asked him for a kiss and proceeded to lay back down. When i woke from my nap. I asked him if he wanted me to order the computer part or not and that's when I learned we already did and he told me everything.

I was just dumbfounded I had NO recollection of the conversation and told him so. It was a wait and see but once the part did come it I apparently knew what I was talking about even though I was sleeping because it was the right part.

I just though it was real weird that he said I looked directly at him talked clearly to him and even asked for a kiss before he left the room then laid back down.

I now wonder how often i talk in my sleep like that. I am a very SOUND sleeper, the house can fall around me and not wake me. One time I was sleeping (my dog sleeps on the bed) my husband came home at a unusual time of day he came into the bedroom and my dog was stratteling me with fron feet on my right back feet on the left, barking loudly at the intruder (just my husband coming in at a not normal time). I never even flinched or batted a eye at all the noise and i don't remember hearing the dog either or him coming in.

Ordering the computer part really just blows my mind. I can not believe i did it but i know i did lol!!

Hahahahaha! I do it too. Now granted, I was trained because your body has unfinished business to do and it needs sleep.
Here look at it this way -
A pilot is flying his plane. "Oh shoot!" He forgot to do something. He puts the plane in autopilot and does his task.
People with that strength or trained are very skilled in this manner but here is the default, you remember it because sleep doesn't have a hard drive it's a reboot from a long experience or tiresome one. The Waking is what saves most of it.
